You may cancel your Earn Nest subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.

2. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase to request a full refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
